Bear Mountain Dental is a brand-new dental clinic opening in the vibrant and growing Bear Mountain community. We are seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) who is passionate about patient care and excited to join a modern practice built around teamwork, positivity, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and sterilization protocols
- Take dental radiographs and digital scans as required
- Educate patients on oral health and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Support a seamless and positive patient experience
- Collaborate effectively with the entire dental team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Licensed Dental Assistant in good standing with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)
- Surgical experience and sedation certification is a strong asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $33.00-$40.00 per hour
