Lovers and Friends caters to those who love good food and good vibes with a food and cocktail menu that is both familiar and fresh, offering a friendly casual atmosphere for costumers to dine and socialize. We are open 7 days a week, with brunch on the weekends and DJ's going late into the night Friday and Saturday. We are looking for experienced and personable bartenders to provide guests with an exceptional experience and superior cocktails. Tasks include:
Setting up, cleaning, maintaining and taking apart the bar area and dishwasher. Stocking and organizing all bar products including mis en place. Producing consistent photo worthy cocktails quickly with a smile. Promptly putting out beverages in a clear and organized manner at the service bar. Having a thorough knowledge of menu items and daily specials, with an understanding of price points and how to up sell.
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Smart Serve certified
- A minimum of 1-3 years working in a high volume and cocktail focused environment that includes a service bar
- Hospitality or bartending school graduates preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of liquor products and cocktails, and ability to make exceptional classic and specialty cocktails
- Passion for food and beverage, and providing excellent customer service
