Hockey Evaluator (Seasonal / Contract)
Location: Winnipeg & Surrounding Area
Term: September 1 – October 13
Compensation: $35–$40 per evaluation session (based on experience)

Max Evaluations is looking to recruit Associate and Intermediate Hockey Evaluators for the upcoming fall evaluation season.
Every season, thousands of young athletes participate in hockey evaluations. Our mission is simple: make those evaluations more fair, consistent, and objective.

Whether you're a former player, current player, coach, scout, official, or someone with previous evaluation experience, we provide the training, technology, and support needed to become part of one of Manitoba's premier hockey evaluation teams.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate players during on-ice skill sessions and scrimmages
- Record player assessments using the Max Analytics platform
- Apply standardized evaluation criteria
- Work alongside experienced evaluators and hockey professionals
- Help ensure every player receives a fair, consistent, and objective evaluation
- Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful environment
Who We're Looking For
We're recruiting individuals with hockey knowledge and experience, including:
- Former or current players
- Coaches
- Scouts
- Hockey officials
- Individuals with previous player evaluation experience
- Hockey leaders with a strong understanding of player development
The ideal candidate has experience coaching, evaluating, scouting, or playing at a competitive level and is committed to treating every player fairly and objectively.
Compensation
Successful applicants will be hired as either:
Associate Evaluator – $35 per session
or
Intermediate Evaluator – $40 per session
Placement is based on hockey experience, evaluation experience, and successful completion of our training program.
