About Us:
WD Swim Markham is a fast-growing swim school committed to helping children develop confidence, swimming skills, and water safety for life. We’re looking for a creative and sales-focused Full-Time Marketing Coordinator to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive enrollment growth through engaging content and strategic campaigns.
Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in increasing trial sign-ups, boosting registrations, and expanding our reach across digital platforms. If you're a self-starter who thrives on turning marketing ideas into real results, this is the perfect opportunity to make a direct impact on a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase class inquiries and student enrollment
- Create engaging, high-converting video and visual content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Xiaohongshu (小红书)
- Manage and update our WordPress website with program info, promotions, blog content, and lead capture tools
- Design promotional materials (flyers, decks, social graphics) using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Plan and publish content calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, Google)
- Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on lead generation and ROI
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with front-desk and sales staff to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
- Strong skills in video production/editing (mobile or DSLR + editing software)
- Proficiency in WordPress and website management
- Graphic design experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with running and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, and cost per lead
- Chinese language skills are an asset, especially for Xiaohongshu content
Work Conditions:
- Full-time position (in-person)
- Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend events or campaign launches
