Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Pallet Repairman to join our team for the morning shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience repairing and rebuilding wooden pallets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect damaged pallets and identify required repairs
Repair and rebuild wooden pallets using hand and power tools
Replace broken boards, blocks, and fasteners
Ensure repaired pallets meet company quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow safety guidelines and production targets
Requirements:
2 3 years of experience as a Pallet Repairman
Knowledge of pallet repair techniques and pallet structures
Ability to operate hand tools, nail guns, and saws
Physically fit to handle manual work and lifting
Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
Ability to work independently and in a team
