Division Manager – Riot Glass Canada
Location: Window Film Canada Head Off – 325 Watline Avenue Mississauga (with occasional travel throughout Canada)

About Us
Window Film Canada is Canada's leading distributor and installer of architectural window films, security films, decorative films, and surface protection solutions. As part of our continued growth, we have launched Riot Glass Canada, the exclusive Canadian division focused on advanced forced-entry resistant glazing systems that protect schools, businesses, government facilities, retail locations, and critical infrastructure.
Riot Glass Canada is positioned for significant growth and will eventually operate as its own standalone company. We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on leader who wants more than just a job—they want the opportunity to help build a business from the ground up and eventually grow into a General Manager leadership position.
The Opportunity
This is a unique career opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing many hats. As Division Manager, you will be responsible for developing the Canadian dealer network while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Riot Glass Canada division.
You'll work directly with senior leadership to establish systems, grow sales, support dealers, manage inventory, coordinate production, and help shape the future of the company.
No two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Network Development
- Identify, recruit and onboard qualified Riot Glass dealers across Canada.
- Develop exclusive dealer territories and long-term dealer relationships.
- Conduct dealer presentations, training sessions and product demonstrations.
- Support dealers with sales opportunities and business development.
- Travel occasionally throughout Canada for dealer visits, trade shows and customer meetings.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the Riot Glass Canada division.
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory from our U.S. manufacturing partner in Chicago.
- Manage inventory levels and material forecasting.
- Coordinate receiving, production scheduling, packaging and shipping.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Develop and improve operational procedures as the business grows.
Sales & Business Development
- Support dealers on large commercial opportunities.
- Develop National Account relationships.
- Assist with specifications, quotations and project coordination.
- Help grow awareness of Riot Glass products across Canada.
- Work with marketing to develop campaigns, promotional materials and trade show initiatives.
Leadership
- Build systems and processes for a rapidly growing division.
- Coordinate training programs for dealers and internal staff.
- Track key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Work closely with ownership to develop long-term growth strategies.
- Help prepare the division to become a standalone Canadian company.

Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in business development, operations, sales management or a related leadership role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel occasionally throughout Canada.
- Experience in building materials, glazing, architectural products, security products or construction is considered an asset but is not required.
