Into the Woods Early Learning Child Care Studio is currently looking for an ECEA or RA to join our team for a seasonal position (July and August).
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Early Childhood Educator Assistant or Responsible Adult works under the direction of the Executive Director to implement an emergent, nature and play-based Early Learning program. They will provide quality child care to community families from ages 0-5.
Required Qualifications:
● Certified Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) or Certified Responsible Adult (RA)
● Current First Aid is an asset
● Food safe certification an asset
● Clear Criminal Record check is mandatory
● Experience working in nature programs an asset
● Experience working with children ages 0 - 5
● Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills
● Willingness to work various shifts during operating hours
Compensation and Benefits:
● $18.25 per hour (funded by Canada Summer Jobs grant)
● 4% vacation pay
