Our Client is seeking an energetic, results-driven Production Supervisor to lead teammates in a logistics and assembly environment. This leader plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, coaching and developing teammates, and driving performance across production programs. Success in this role means balancing quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale while keeping our client’s purpose at the center, solving the returns problem with innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Primary Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse and assembly operations, ensuring throughput, accuracy, and efficiency.
Hold daily management meetings to review goals, safety updates, and company initiatives.
Promote a safe, compliant, and people-centric workplace, ensuring teammates have the training, tools, and equipment to succeed.
Coach, develop, and hold teammates accountable to SOPs, quality standards, and ReturnPro values.
Manage scheduling, time, and attendance in Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Balance quality, productivity, cost, and morale to deliver positive results across assigned programs.
Identify and develop talent, including backups for critical roles.
Partner cross-functionally with P&C, IT, Transportation, and other departments to resolve challenges and improve workflows.
Recommend and implement improvements to production methods, equipment, and processes.
Track performance metrics and implement enhancements that drive efficiency and reduce cost.
Qualifications
2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or production required.
Hands-on supervisory experience a must or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of time & attendance systems (Paycom experience highly preferred).
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data/reporting.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and engage diverse teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Demonstrated initiative and adaptability when faced with new challenges.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Frequently required to walk, bend, lift, and reach overhead.
Ability to repetitively lift, push, and carry 20–35 lbs.
Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based production environment.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
