Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling dishes
- Cook meals with attention to presentation and quality control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and utensils
- Handle food safely in compliance with health regulations and safety protocols
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures during meal preparation and service
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
