V&T Insurance Inc., a growing insurance agency specializing in home, auto, farm, and commercial insurance, is seeking an Insurance Agent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop long lasting relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Provide expert advice on insurance products and services.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage options and explain policy features and benefits.
- Process new insurance applications and renewals in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to better serve clients.
- Contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
Qualifications
- Previous insurance experience or successful completion of related education.
- Hold either RIBO or OTL license or the ability to obtain the required credentials.
- Experience with “Power Broker” broker management system an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow in the insurance field.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
