Signify Design – Woodstock, ON (Hybrid: 2 Days In-Studio / 3 Days Remote)
Signify Design is a boutique design studio specializing in environmental branding, commercial interiors, signage, and branded environments. We partner with leading national brands across Canada to create memorable spaces where strategy, architecture, graphics, and customer experience come together.
We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who combines exceptional creativity with thoughtful execution and enjoys seeing ideas come to life beyond the screen.
This is a hybrid position, with two scheduled days each week working from our Woodstock studio and up to three days working remotely. Additional travel to client meetings, installations, and site visits throughout Ontario and Canada may be required based on project needs.
This role offers the flexibility of remote work while recognizing that the strongest ideas are developed through collaboration.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for more than someone who can make things look good.
We're looking for a designer who can think strategically, communicate visually, and develop creative solutions that work across physical spaces, branded environments, print, digital, and environmental graphics.
The right person is curious, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about design. They enjoy exploring ideas, refining details, and creating work that is both visually compelling and purposeful.
This position is best suited to someone who:
- Thinks conceptually before opening design software.
- Has exceptional typography, layout and composition skills.
- Balances creativity with attention to detail and production accuracy.
- Takes initiative and enjoys solving design challenges.
- Is organized, dependable and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Welcomes feedback and enjoys collaborating with designers, clients and consultants.
- Is motivated to continually learn, improve and expand their skills.
Every studio has its own creative process and standards. Successful candidates will enjoy learning our workflow while contributing ideas and creative thinking from day one.

Signify is intentionally small.
We believe exceptional design comes from curiosity, collaboration and craftsmanship. Our designers work closely together across branding, interiors, environmental graphics and customer experience, giving every team member the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to each project.
If you're looking for a role where you'll simply execute someone else's ideas, this probably isn't the right fit.
If you're excited by thoughtful design, creative problem-solving and seeing your work built at full scale across Canada, we'd love to hear from you.
