Marquee Steakhouse is Milton's premier fine dining destination. We run a tight, skilled kitchen Wednesday through Saturday. We're looking to add someone to the team who's eager to grow and willing to put in the work.
What You'll Do
- Prep and set up your station before service
- Execute dishes to spec during dinner service (5pm–10pm, Wed–Sat)
- Follow prep lists, par levels, and recipes consistently
- Keep your area clean and organized throughout the shift
- Communicate with the team and ask questions when you're unsure
What We're Looking For
- Kitchen Experience
- Reliable and on time, every shift
- Coachable and willing to take feedback
- Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
- Food Handler Certification (or willing to get one before your start date)
- Available Wednesday through Saturday evenings
