A bit about us:
Physiologix Allied Health is a multidisciplinary clinic located in the Ambleside/Windermere area. We offer physiotherapy services, psychology services, massage therapy, & acupuncture services. We strive to provide the Edmonton community with optimized rehabilitation programs to get patients back to their daily routines.
Our team works closely with our sister clinics, Physiologix Medical & Physiologix Diagnostic Imaging to provide optimized patient care programs!

Physiologix Physical Therapy at Parsons Road is a new satellite clinic of Allied Health focused on providing optimized physiotherapy services in the south common area. Our Parsons Road clinic will be opening in mid March!

Physiologix Physical Therapy & Allied Health Services is seeking full-time front desk receptionists to join our team!
The right candidate(s) will be working approximately 30-40 hours per week (6-8 hours shifts). Hours may vary depending on location.
Must be available to work both a mix of opening shifts 8:30 - 4:30PM & evening shifts 11:30PM-7:30PM on weekdaysas needed, and Saturdays 8:30AM - 2:30PM.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We are currently a candidate that may be required to work at either locations as needed. Ability to travel between clinics is ideal.
Candidate qualities:
- Must be able to provide a basic criminal record check upon hire (required)
- Experience using JANE (preferred)
- Third party insurance claim experience (preferred)
- High organization skills & attention to detail
- Efficient with completing tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Discernment in prioritizing tasks in a fast paced environment
- Excellent team player with clear communication skills
- Previous employment experience in a paramedical setting (preferred)
[Paramedical settings: physiotherapy, chiropractic care, psychology, dental, massage therapy, etc.]
Expected duties for this role: but not limited to
- Greeting patients
- Answering telephone calls
- Schedule coordination
- Handling financial transactions
- Monitoring clinic emails and faxes
- Data entry of private information
- Processing third party insurance claims
- Transcribing reports/letters as needed for providers
- Completing assigned tasks as needed
- Maintaining daily laundry cycles (as needed)
- Maintaining daily cleanliness of work space & wait room area
