Procurement Specialist | Purchasing, Vendor & Overseas Order Management
DBNC Group is hiring a full-time Procurement Specialist to keep purchasing moving, build supplier relationships, and help manage overseas / China orders that need steady follow-up.
This is for someone who enjoys chasing answers, comparing options, calling suppliers, and moving projects forward one step at a time. You will work inside a third-generation family business where people have direct access to leadership and where practical improvements matter more than corporate polish.

Procurement at DBNC needs more than email requests and standard online orders. The right person will help the company get the right products, at the right value, from the right suppliers, while keeping files, quotes, vendors, delivery timing, and overseas order progress visible.
What You Will Own
- Source products and services from suppliers, including local, national, and overseas channels.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships, especially through phone outreach and clear follow-up.
- Collect, compare, and organize quotes so managers can make practical purchasing decisions.
- Keep procurement files, cost codes, order details, delivery notes, and follow-ups current.
- Reduce overreliance on online or big-box purchasing by developing better supplier options.
- Move overseas / China orders forward by coordinating next steps with the Chinese-speaking correspondent teammate, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Chase stalled, complex, or technical orders until the next action is clear.
- Improve procurement routines, tracking, and SOP compliance as the role grows.

Location, Schedule, and Compensation
- Full-time role.
- Based at 3660 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, near Highway 403.
- Free parking and easy access from Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Etobicoke, and Toronto.
- Compensation expected at $20-$25 per hour.
- Immediate start preferred.
