Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall client experience through your expertise in various aesthetic procedures and your ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Must be able to do manicures and pedicures.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and makeup application.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Upsell products and services by demonstrating their benefits during client consultations.
- Conduct product demos to educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending appropriate products based on individual client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare goals and preferences.
Skills
- Proficiency in body waxing techniques and nail care services.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently.
- Experience in front desk operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
