Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for automotive care. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Perform full interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles (vacuuming, wiping, steaming, pressure washing, etc.)
- Use equipment such as vacuums, steamers, drills, and pressure washers safely and effectively
- Follow established detailing procedures and uphold company standards for quality
- Ensure all customer requests for specific detailing services are fulfilled accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and supplies are properly stored after use
- Communicate clearly with coworkers and customers to ensure satisfaction and efficiency
- Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment
- Be punctual, reliable, and professional at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, crouch, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Yes Buddy’s professional process
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and tools used in automotive detailing is a plus
- Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction- MUST BE ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES
- Must be flexible with scheduling. While our regular operating hours are typically 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, the nature of our industry means some days run later than expected and occasional overnight shifts are required for fleet and commercial contracts. Team members must be willing to work until scheduled jobs are completed.
- Valid G2 or G license. Clean driving abstract
- must be willing to obtain a criminal record check
- Be able to communicate in English

- Starting at $18/hour. Experienced candidates may qualify for a higher starting rate, with additional raises based on performance and growth within the company.
