We are growing FAST and hiring immediately for multiple remote positions.
At Med Spa Communications, we act as the virtual front desk for medical spas and wellness clinics across Canada and the United States.
This is not a basic call center role.
Our agents handle:
- Incoming calls
- Appointment booking
- Lead follow-up
- SMS & live chat
- Social media inboxes
- Patient support
- Light admin tasks
You are often the FIRST impression a patient has of the business.
We are looking for people who:
- Speak fluent, clear English
- Learn quickly
- Stay calm under pressure
- Are organized and detail-oriented
- Want coaching, growth, and long-term opportunity
- Can bring positive energy to every interaction
- Are willing to train & learn consistently
- Are comfortable with tech (we use our clients CRMs/EMRs for booking, etc)

Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Quiet workspace
- Stable high-speed internet
- Reliable laptop/computer
- USB headset with clear microphone
- Comfortable using multiple systems at once

Remote - looking for candidates in Calgary, Alberta, or EST time zones.
