Eyelash Specialist (Full-time / Part-time / Permanent)
Chic Lash Boutique is one of Vancouver’s leading eyelash extension salons. We specialize exclusively in eyelash extensions and lash lift services, providing premium quality work and exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications with precision and consistency.
- Provide professional consultations and recommend lash styles that best suit each client’s eye shape and preferences.
- Perform lash lifts when required.
- Maintain excellent sanitation and hygiene standards at all times.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding customer service.
- Recommend aftercare products and additional services when appropriate.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and professional.
- Assist with reception duties when needed, including booking appointments and updating client records.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional eyelash extension experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of classic, hybrid, volume, wispy, and custom lash designs.
- Lash lift experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Important Requirements

- Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week.
- Must have reliable personal transportation (own vehicle) to travel to work.
- Applicants must live within 10 km of our salon. We do not accept applications from candidates who live farther away due to scheduling and reliability requirements.
- We are not accepting applicants who live outside Vancouver or outside Canada.
- This position is for in-salon work only. Working from home is not permitted.
- Full-time employees may not work at another eyelash salon or operate their own lash business while employed full-time at Chic Lash Boutique. We are looking for team members who are committed to growing with our salon.
- We are not looking for general beauty technicians. Our salon specializes in eyelash extensions and lash lifts only, so advanced lash skills are our priority.
