We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Medical Aesthetician to join Healix Medical Spa team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of skincare products and treatments, as well as expertise in using advanced spa technology. The role involves training and equipped with the resources to provide customized treatment plans to our clients based on clients’ unique skin concerns and expectations. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin assessments to determine clients’ skincare needs.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate products and treatments.
- Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and advanced aesthetic services such as HydraFacial, Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling, HIFU, RF Microneedling, Body Contouring, Laser Skin Resurfacing and Hollywood Carbon Peel.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques through continuous education.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Assist in inventory management of skincare products and supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Medical Aesthetician , or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with advanced medspa equipment like Bella MD, Lutronic Spectra, Soprano Ice. EMD and Body Sculpting , Luvo Prolift and the ability to train others in their use.
- Knowledge of various skincare products, ingredients, and treatment methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A passion for skincare and helping others achieve their beauty goals.

Education and Training
- Certification in esthetics, cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in using medspa equipment and training others on
- Commitment to continuous education and staying updated with advancements in skincare treatments and equipment.
