We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and support brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital channels, improving online presence, and analyzing campaign performance to drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, social media, email marketing, paid ads).
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Improve website performance and user experience in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic.
- Create and coordinate digital marketing content and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Track marketing trends and suggest improvements to increase engagement and ROI.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with website management (WordPress or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an asset.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop or similar tools).
- Experience in e-commerce marketing.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or web development concepts.

Pay: $89,567.00-$101,842.00 per year
