About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our team. This role is for someone who enjoys the process of high-quality installation and takes pride in a job well done. You’ll be working in a productive, fast-moving environment where your ability to manage your own workflow is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Install full front ends and partials on various vehicle types using both pre-cut kits and bulk methods.
- Preparation: Ensure vehicles are properly cleaned, prepped, and disassembled for a seamless and clean application.
- Troubleshooting: Address challenges with complex curves or film behavior as they arise during the install.
- Quality Check: Review your own work to ensure it meets our shop’s standards for edges, clarity, and fitment.
- Workspace Management: Keep your tools and workspace organized to maintain an efficient workflow.

- Problem-Solving Skills: You can assess a difficult install and figure out the best way to handle it. Able to discuss with colleagues the best ways to tackle difficult installs.
- Independence: You are a self-starter who can look at the day's schedule, prioritize your tasks, and get moving.
- Adaptability & Composure: You’re comfortable with a shifting schedule and stay level-headed when the shop gets busy. If priorities change mid-day, you can pivot and keep things moving forward without getting flustered or losing focus.
Experience & Requirements
- 2-4+ years of professional experience in PPF installation.
- Experience with plotter software and hand-trimming.
- A reliable, professional attitude toward work and teammates.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality.
- Starting hourly rate is adjusted based on the candidate's specific skill level, technical proficiency, and years of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
