We are looking for a licensed Telehealth Provider to deliver high-quality virtual care to patients through our online platform. You’ll assess, diagnose, and manage patient concerns while ensuring a smooth, professional remote care experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations via video, phone, or chat
- Assess patient symptoms and medical history
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications when appropriate (within scope)
- Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
- Educate patients on treatment, prevention, and lifestyle changes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals if needed
Requirements
- Licensed College of Nurses of British Columbia (for NPs) or relevant provincial regulatory body
- Active registration as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician in Canada
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or telehealth preferred
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EMR systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Nice to Have
- Experience in telemedicine or digital health startups
- Multilingual (English + French or Punjabi is a bonus)
- Knowledge of Canadian healthcare regulations and billing

Compensation
