VAPE LOFT is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting vaping products, accessories, and related merchandise based on their preferences and needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features of various vaping devices and e-liquids
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift
- Provide knowledgeable advice on product usage, safety, and maintenance
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy
- Follow store policies regarding age verification and compliance with local regulations
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of vaping products, technology sales, or related fields is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English and another language) are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, time management, organizational skills, and phone etiquette are essential for success in this role
- Experience with merchandising, upselling techniques, and technical product demonstrations will be beneficial
