As a Shop Foreman you will:
Assist in coordinating and directing the workload of the Service Department for maximum efficiency and productivity while providing quality repair work. Advise and recommend to the Service Manager regarding technician skills and training needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Service Technician
- Ability to lead others
- Adheres to the Company’s Core Values
- Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Forklift license preferred
The hourly wage for this role is typically $34.00 to $63.25 per hour and represents a range across all of PrairieCoast’s BC and Alberta locations. It is influenced by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant training, and work location.
In compliance with the BC provincial government mandates, we are posting a broad wage range to adhere to the wage transparency requirements.
