We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Estimating/Project Manager to join our team. Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate project acquisition and execution
- Prepare detailed project estimates using construction estimating techniques
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope to generate accurate pricing and proposals
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and scope with clients and subcontractors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial estimate through completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and field personnel to streamline project workflows
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients and vendors
- Extensive experience in construction estimating
- Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing strategies
- Project management expertise including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
