We are currently seeking experienced Independent Cleaning Contractors to join our growing network. This opportunity is ideal for professional cleaners who operate independently and are looking to expand their client base while maintaining the flexibility of running their own business.
Contractors receive cleaning opportunities on an as-needed basis and have the freedom to accept or decline assignments based on their availability.

Responsibilities
As an Independent Cleaning Contractor, you will:
- Accept and complete cleaning assignments you choose to undertake.
- Deliver cleaning services that meet Maid for Less quality standards.
- Travel to client locations throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
- Provide professional, friendly, and reliable customer service.
- Communicate promptly regarding assignment acceptance, scheduling, and completion.
- Report any damages, safety concerns, or issues encountered during an assignment.
- Maintain your own cleaning supplies, equipment, vehicle, licences, and insurance.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Minimum one year of professional residential and/or commercial cleaning experience (preferred)
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid automobile insurance
- Commercial General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain before accepting assignments)
- Professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- Smartphone with reliable phone and data service
- Ability to travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated work ethic
- Legal authorization to work in Canada

Independent Contractor Notice
This opportunity is for independent contractors only and does not constitute employment with Maid for Less. Contractors are responsible for operating their own business, including maintaining their own vehicle, insurance, licences, equipment, cleaning supplies, taxes, and all other applicable business obligations. Contractors have the discretion to accept or decline offered assignments and are responsible for completing accepted assignments in accordance with the Independent Contractor Agreement.
