Dhunna Immigration is seeking a highly organized and experienced Case Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced office. As our caseload continues to grow, we require someone who can step in and independently manage immigration files, communicate effectively with clients, and support our RCIC without the need for extensive training.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and confident both in administrative tasks and client interaction—including creating short immigration-related videos for social media.
Key Responsibilities
File Management & Application Preparation
- Handle client files from intake to submission across multiple immigration categories
(Study Permits, Work Permits, Visitor Visas, Express Entry, PNP, Spousal Sponsorship, etc.)
- Collect, review, and organize client documents with accuracy
- Prepare complete application packages and ensure all requirements are met
- Track deadlines and maintain case progress in an organized manner
Client Communication & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Respond to client questions, concerns, and documentation needs promptly
- Provide clear guidance regarding process steps, timelines, and requirements
- Maintain a professional and supportive communication style
Office & Administrative Support
- Assist the RCIC with research, drafting, and file organization
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate case notes
- Follow up on missing documents and ensure timely submissions
Social Media & Public Communication
- Create short, informative videos on immigration programs
- Be comfortable appearing on camera (training will be minimal)
- Collaborate on content ideas to support the company’s online presence
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an immigration consulting office or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IRCC processes and documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and work independently
- Comfortable with video speaking and basic content creation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in email communication, PDF editing, and basic computer tools
Preference will be given to candidates with prior immigration case-handling experience.
