Job Summary
Altech Custom Coaters Ltd. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our team. Established in 1984, Altech is a family-owned and operated company specializing in advanced coating and finishing solutions, including powder coating, liquid coating, and other custom finishing services. We take pride in delivering quality workmanship, dependable service, and a supportive team environment.
- Assist with daily production and finishing tasks.
- Load and unload parts from the production line.
- Prepare parts for coating, painting, and finishing.
- Operate a forklift as needed to move materials and product throughout the shop.
- Inspect parts for quality and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform other general shop duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset.
- Experience on a powder coating and paint line would be greatly beneficial.
- Forklift experience is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
