Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Subprime Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and/or finance management. You will work on client applications seeking automotive loan approvals, assess their needs, secure financing and offer a positive car buying experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and understand client needs to provide a positive experience and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Handle an average of 100 approval applications a month, ensuring prompt response and customer satisfaction.
- Provide clear and transparent communication with clients regarding finance terms, payments and interest rates.
- Adhere to Dealer, OMVIC and MVDA standards
- Foster a culture of leadership within the team, encouraging professional development and collaboration.
- Follow up with client's post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and a postive buying experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, automotive preferred.
- Current OMVIC license or wiling to apply for a OMVIC license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- A positive attitude.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
