We are a growing home textile company looking for an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator/ Out Bond Customer Representative to support our sales and product teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in home textile products, customer coordination, order follow-up, and communication with overseas suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and customer communications
- Follow up on orders, production status, shipment schedules, and deliveries
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and customer reports
- Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and logistics teams
- Support product development and sample tracking
- Maintain customer records and update sales data
- Assist sales managers with presentations and customer meetings
- Handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Ensure timely processing of customer requirements and deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in home textile industry preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and email communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with order processing and shipment coordination is an asset
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Preferred Experience
- Bedding, sheet sets, comforters, curtains, towels, cushions, or related textile products
- Working with overseas factories and import/export documentation
- Customer service or inside sales support experience
