You will be responsible for:
- Defining and implementing the maintenance strategy while planning and optimizing maintenance activities.
- Optimizing asset management and equipment performance.
- Supporting operations and leading technical projects.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams.
- Ensuring financial performance, continuous improvement, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in a similar role
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) is an asset
- Experience in a multi-site environment is an asset
- Bilingualism (French and English) to communicate effectively with our teams, clients, and partners across Canada and internationally
