Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and integrity.
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining tables, counters, and cashier stations, following food safety guidelines.
- Manage order timing to ensure prompt service during busy hours.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
