Rydel Roofing is looking for a Driver & Repair Technician. This role is for driven individuals who want to leverage their construction and roofing experience and gain sales and organizational skills.

What we expect from you:
- High work ethic - 7am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
- Roofing experience/expertise required
- Able to handle high stress
- Organizational skill an asset
- Roofing/Gutter/Chimney repair experience necessary
- Follow our proven production and sales processes & part take trainings
- Be a team player, attend company events and engage with members from other areas of the business
Compensation:
- This is a salary plus commissions role.
- Company Vehicle
- Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 based on previous experience
- Commissions: up to 5% of sales made + bonus for volume & positive reviews
- Top performing supervisors can expect raises & promotions to project management.
