Overview
Infinity Network Solutions is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for INS and client IT environments. This role is responsible for designing, documenting, and recommending current and future-state infrastructure models, ensuring interoperability, scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives across multi-site client environments. The Technical Architect works collaboratively with all areas and staff at Infinity Network Solutions and its clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in modern frameworks, playing a pivotal role in shaping INS' technical strategy and ensuring the delivery of scalable, efficient, and innovative systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technological excellence in an MSP environment across a multi-industry client base.
- Duties
- Consider business issues and problems and design scalable technical solutions and frameworks that can be applied to in a repeatable fashion.
- Serve as the technical authority for client infrastructure architecture, standards, risks, and design decisions.
- Develop and maintain current-state and future-state infrastructure roadmaps for clients.
- Assess client environments and provide strategic recommendations for modernization, optimization, and interoperability.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient IT architectures for multi-site and hybrid environments.
- Ensure infrastructure designs align with best practices, security standards, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Service Desk, NOC, Project teams, and management to ensure architectures are deliverable and supportable.
- Provide technical guidance during project discovery, scoping, design, and implementation phases.
- Review and approve technical designs, solution architectures, and project documentation.
- Support smooth transitions from project delivery to managed services.
- Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex infrastructure and interoperability challenges.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations on adoption and roadmap integration.
- Contribute to the development of standard architectures, templates, and documentation.
- Support sales and pre-sales activities by providing technical input, solution designs, and risk assessments.
- Ensure architectural decisions align with operational capabilities and long-term support models.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, vendor platforms, and best practices.
- Strong hands-on experience in physical hardware related to networking and server configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and stakeholders.

Pay: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
