Rez Glass Industries is a custom glass manufacturer and installer with 20 years in the business and our own 20,000 sq ft in-house manufacturing facility — including an in-house tempering machine, something most of our competitors can't say. We supply and install custom glass shower doors, glass railings, and commercial glass partitions for homeowners, builders, designers, and general contractors across Ontario.
We're run by a young, driven team, and we've built a modern workspace where people actually enjoy showing up. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Sales Representative who wants to grow with us.
The Role
As our Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for new business and a key driver of our growth. You'll spend your time prospecting, building relationships, and turning leads into long-term clients — over the phone, by email, and out in the field at customer sites.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective customers, including general contractors, designers, builders, and homeowners
- Visit project sites to meet clients, understand their needs, and scope opportunities
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from first contact through to closed deal
- Prepare and follow up on quotes in coordination with our estimating and project teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and repeat clients
- Represent Rez Glass Industries professionally and consistently hit (and beat) sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience in the construction industry (strongly preferred) — glass, building materials, millwork, railings, or related trades is a big plus
- Confident communicator who's comfortable on the phone, over email, and face-to-face
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own pipeline and schedule
- Comfortable reading basic project requirements and talking specs with contractors
- Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for site visits
- Experience with a CRM is an asset
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
