Fresh Flavours Trading Ltd, located at 14871 96 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3R 1E8, SURREY, BC, is looking for one Permanent, full time Retail Store Manager.

Wage: $ 39.00/hour. You will be required to work 40 hours a week
Completion of secondary school is required.
Strong sales and customer service experience an asset. Bachelor degree may be an asset.
Planning and coordination skills and ability to adapt to change.
Experience: Strong background in customer service.
Proven success in the achievement of sales and profitability targets.
Positive and energetic team player with a strong leadership capability.
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in progressive retail supervisory role.
Store managers perform some or all of the following duties:
- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale and retail sales
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
- Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
- Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
- Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff.
