Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Concrete Finishers to join our client’s team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The role involves working with pour-in-place (PIP) rubber flooring systems, concrete finishing tasks, and general labor support on active job sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in screeding, troweling, and mixing materials, along with the ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ON
Job Type: Full-time (8–12 hour shifts, including long shifts)
Pay Rate: $21.50 - $22.50
Responsibilities:
- Screed pour-in-place (PIP) rubber flooring systems
- Trowel rubber and concrete surfaces for smooth finishing
- Mix rubber materials and assist with preparation work
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites
- Push and handle wheelbarrows (up to 55 lbs) during long shifts
- Support installation and finishing teams as required
- Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times
- Work across multiple GTA project locations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of concrete finishing experience
- Experience in screeding, troweling, and mixing materials
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor for 8–12 hour shifts
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices
- Must be comfortable with heavy manual work
- PPE compliance required
- Ability to travel to different job sites within GTA (occasional travel outside radius; accommodation provided )
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
Pay: $21.50-$22.50 per hour
