Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations
- Provide body waxing services as requested by clients, ensuring comfort and safety
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked for efficient service delivery
- Build lasting relationships with clients through friendly communication and professional service
Skills
- Proficiency in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art
- Experience with body waxing is preferred but not required; training can be provided
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining client trust
- Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and explain services clearly
- Retail sales experience is a plus, aiding in promoting product recommendations confidently
