We're looking for someone who enjoys conversations, notices details, remembers returning customers. Every day you'll help our customers find outfits for weddings, mountain weekends, date night, adventurous holidays and all the ordinary days in between.
You'll spend your day helping customers, learning about our brands, working with a close-knit team and keeping the store looking beautiful—even during our busiest summer weekends. This is also a physically active job, on your feet, up ladders, carrying boxes and moving fast during peak hours.
Indigo Bay has been helping women find clothes they love in downtown Canmore since 2000. We're an independent boutique carrying hundreds of carefully chosen brands—from everyday favourites to pieces for special occasions. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves people, loves clothes, and can keep up in a busy, high-energy store. You don't need a fashion retail background—we'll teach you. What you do need is genuine warmth, curiosity, confidence talking to strangers and the energy to thrive in a busy store.
You'll fit in here if you:
- Love talking to people and reading what they need, even when the store is slammed
- You notice what needs doing and jump in without waiting to be asked.
- You already have secure housing in Canmore, Banff or the Bow Valley.
- Can commit to weekend and evening availability
