JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Project Manager – Program Implementation to lead the planning, coordination, and execution cadence of a new aeroderivative engine program based on the CFM56‑5B.
This role is responsible for aligning program milestones, maintaining the critical path, and driving execution accountability across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations. The Project Manager will act as the central coordination point for the implementation team towards Montreal facility readiness, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned to a common objective and timeline, proactively identifying risks, and flagging potential milestones. Success in this role requires exceptional influence, strong interpersonal presence, and the ability to follow cross‑functional initiatives, always maintaining a common objective and holistic perspective.

Responsibilities:

Own integrated program plan, including production and infrastructure readiness milestones

Maintain and monitor the critical path, proactively flagging risks and delays

Lead weekly execution cadence, integrating Engineering, Operations, and Facilities

Coordinate across all functions, including Facilities & Maintenance for capacity readiness

Ensure alignment between engine program needs, shop capability, and workforce ramp‑up
-
Provide clear, objective program visibility and escalation of issues
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
-
5–10 years of experience in:
-
Program or project management in aerospace, MRO, or manufacturing environments

Strong experience managing:
-
Complex, cross‑functional programs
-
Technical and operational stakeholders
-
Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams

Experience with structured program management methodologies (PMP, Agile, or equivalent)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
