REVIVE Group is seeking an experienced bathtub refinisher to support ongoing work across multi-unit residential properties.
We specialize in non-invasive interior surface restoration, helping property operators reduce costs, minimize downtime, and accelerate turnover readiness without replacement or demolition.

Responsibilities
- Perform full bathtub refinishing/reglazing (prep to final coating)
- Clean, repair, sand, and properly prepare surfaces
- Apply coatings using professional spray equipment
- Deliver smooth, durable, high-quality finishes
- Maintain clean and professional workspaces within residential units
- Follow safety procedures and proper handling of materials
- Communicate job status and completion clearly
Requirements
- Proven experience in bathtub refinishing or surface reglazing
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation and coating application
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Own transportation
- Must carry own liability insurance
- Experience working in residential or multi-unit environments is an asset
Compensation
- $30 – $45+ per hour, depending on experience
- Per-job pricing available for experienced subcontractors
