Job Summary
The Community Associate (CA) plays a key role in delivering on the customer service expectations for our clients, prospects, and vendors. In conjunction with the rest of the centre team, the CA ensures the customer experience is exceptional throughout the entire business centre. The CA becomes a critical player in delivering the exceptional service. "Exceptional" serves as the cornerstone of IWGs' philosophy of consistently delivering a superior customer experience. Ultimately, the actions and service provided by the CA, are the catalyst for providing customers with a reason to come to IWG and the reasons to stay with IWG.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a friendly, professional first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Support clients with daily office needs (mail, phones, packages, supplies, meeting rooms)
- Assist clients in the centre (office move-ins, meeting rooms, basic tech, phones, furniture, admin tasks)
- Maintain a clean, professional, and “show-ready” centre at all times
- Ensure all daily service charges are accurately entered into the billing system
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for services, products, and amenities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively exceeding client expectations
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IWG products and services
- Represent a 5-star business centre through professional appearance and communication
Key Requirements
- 1+ year customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Flexible to work at different centres within the market
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Calm and adaptable in fast-paced or changing environments
- Able to operate basic office equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the country
