About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Aesthetician to join our spa team, specializing in body treatments and relaxation-based massage services. This role is ideal for a practitioner who values elevated client care, strong technique, and a calm, results-driven treatment experience. While the core focus is relaxation massage and body therapies, preference will be given to candidates trained or experienced in lymphatic drainage techniques or similar restorative modalities.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional relaxation massage treatments tailored to client needs
- Deliver body treatments including exfoliation, sculpting, and wellness-focused therapies
- Apply appropriate pressure and technique based on client comfort and goals
- Perform lymphatic drainage massage (if trained/experienced) is a strong asset
- Conduct brief consultations to assess client concerns and desired outcomes
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and treatment room readiness
- Educate clients on wellness benefits and post-treatment care
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings
- Uphold a calm, professional, and luxury spa experience at all times
Qualifications
- Certified Aesthetician or Massage Practitioner (required)
- Training in relaxation massage techniques (required)
- Lymphatic drainage massage experience or certification (strong asset)
- Strong understanding of body anatomy and pressure techniques
- Professional, reliable, and client-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a commission-based structure
- Minimum commitment of 2 days per week availability
Compensation
- 20% commission on all services performed
- 100% of client tips retained by practitioner
