As our club staff works independently, we do use multiple software platforms to run and centralize our operation. Our successful candidate will have strong computer knowledge and the ability to learn quickly.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Membership Sales & Tours
- Welcome all prospects and conduct professional club tours, highlighting facility features, membership benefits, and overall club value.
- Introduce and promote personal training, workshops, and online nutrition coaching to all prospects, new sign-ups, and current members.
- Proactively promote and sell supplements by educating members on product benefits, recommending options based on their goals, and informing them of available member discounts.
- Facilitate trainer introductions whenever possible to support personal training conversions.
Personal Training, Workshops & Nutrition Promotion
- Educate members on the benefits of one-on-one training, small group sessions, and monthly workshops.
- Identify member goals and connect them to appropriate coaching or nutrition services.
- Encourage workshop participation and follow up with interested members.
Supplement Sales & Education
- Educate members on supplement options and how they support specific fitness goals.
- Promote member discounts at Viking Supplements.
- Offer samples when appropriate and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer questions.
Operations & Member Experience
- Build strong member relationships and provide approachable, professional service.
- Assist with billing inquiries and direct members to customer service or the mobile app when needed.
Club Maintenance We pride ourselves on operating spotless, high-end facilities. Club staff are responsible for ensuring the club remains clean, safe, and operating at a high standard at all times.
- Reporting any equipment in need of repair promptly to the maintenance team
- Coordinating and hiring cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness standards both during and outside of staffed hours
- Ensuring the overall presentation of the club reflects brand standards at all times

Requirements:
Sales/customer service experience, detail-oriented, reliable, consistent attendance
Benefits and Perks:

- Earning potential ranging from $26.00 to $30.00+ per hour
