We are seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to join an established manufacturing company based in Port Coquitlam.
This is a full-time and permanent opportunity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- Graduate diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for planning, reporting, and data analysis
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning, and supply chain processes
- Experience using ERP systems, with Infor Visual preferred
- Ability to manage forecasts and data effectively
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination, time management, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and minimize disruptions
- References and a background screening will be conducted for candidates moving forward in the hiring process
Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production schedules from raw materials through to final shipment, ensuring seamless workflow across departments
- Act as the primary liaison between Production, Inventory, Procurement,
- Shipping, and Sales teams to maintain operational efficiency
- Manage expedited orders, inbound deliveries, and proactively identify and communicate material shortages
- Track key performance metrics including production adherence and shipping deadlines
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling accuracy and operational efficiency
- Maintain efficient and uninterrupted production flow from materials through to finished goods
- Collaborate with multiple departments daily to reduce delays and improve coordination
- Report directly to the Production Manager on scheduling performance and operational updates

- $58,000–$62,400 annual salary, depending on experience
