- Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapy as needed in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Maintain comprehensive patient records and ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and policies
- Educate patients on medication adherence, administration techniques, and health management strategies
Requirements
- Valid OCP pharmacist license required
- Proven ability to provide excellent patient care with attention to detail and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education
