We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our human resources team in various administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in streamlining HR processes, managing employee data, and assisting with talent acquisition and employee relations. Duties
- Assist with recruitment processes including sourcing candidates via ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Lever, or Workday, and coordinating interviews through scheduling tools like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft.
- Support onboarding and training & development initiatives by preparing materials and tracking participation.
- Collaborate on change management projects to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational updates.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll (using ADP or Kronos), and HR sourcing activities.
- Contribute to employee relations efforts by assisting with communication initiatives and maintaining positive engagement.
- Support payroll processing tasks ensuring timely data collection and accuracy using systems like Dayforce or Human resources management tools such as Oracle HCM.
- Assist with administrative functions including data collection, reporting, and documentation for HR projects.
- Participate in talent acquisition activities including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and supporting recruitment campaigns.

Typical Experience Requirements
- Entry-level HR Assistant: 0–2 years of experience

- Fluency in Farsi (Persian) is required
Pay: $17.60-$17.65 per hour
