We’re looking for a business-focused project leader with hands-on experience in Caterpillar (CAT) Product Link technology —not traditional IT project management.
The ideal candidate brings practical expertise in leveraging Product Link solutions across Mining, Construction, and Power Systems , with a focus on:
What You’ll Do:
Lead multiple strategic projects using Finning’s Project Management & Continuous Improvement frameworks
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define project charters, roadmaps, and execution plans
Deliver results aligned to business goals, timelines, and budgets
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance performance and efficiency
Drive change management to ensure long-term adoption and success
Mentor and support Project Leads to build internal capability
Collaborate across teams to solve complex problems and implement sustainable solutions
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and project excellence
Support teams with tools, reporting, and project structure best practices
Coordinate large initiatives alongside the Process Improvement Manager
What You Bring:
3+ years of project management experience (business improvement/change management focus)
5+ years of progressive business experience (consulting is a plus)
Experience or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, or Process Improvement
Strong understanding of project management and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with CAT Product Link technology (highly preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio
Familiarity with Caterpillar operations is an asset
