Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicle exteriors, including washing, waxing, and polishing to achieve a flawless finish
- Detail vehicle interiors by vacuuming carpets, shampooing upholstery, cleaning windows, and wiping down surfaces for a fresh look
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings to the supervisor
- Use specialized cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively to enhance vehicle appearance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of waste and storage of supplies
- Assist with additional tasks such as tire shining, engine cleaning, or minor cosmetic repairs as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning or detailing is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
