Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided to help you succeed. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest services.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained in all aspects of service
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including table setup and sanitation practices
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures in a restaurant setting
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food industry standards including serving, upselling, and food safety protocols is a plus
